I like to think that the Sailor Moon-esque drawings were done by either commissioned artists or someone on the art team who really gave it their all, meanwhile the “poor drawings” were done by people on the developer team who made a competition to see who can make the best drawing of the character in under 30 or 60 seconds

Has anybody noticed Gepard's drawing of Sampo??

It's comparatively better than the other drawing (less wrong strokes, solid lines, outlines, etc)
It means that he knows Sampo enough (prob because the latter is a criminal), he's confident of drawing his portrait (I bet he's also pompously proud of that drawing) 😂
