Am I the only one surprised by the Behringer? It sounded so good for $18.
I might get burned at the stake here but it sounded better than the Shure to my ears. Less tinny and being a dynamic it would work better in an untreated space compared to most condenser mics.

I honestly didnt think the $1200 mic would be as different as it was. It picked up way more nuances in your voice and it really captured the full range of it. Almost like you were speaking to me in person.

If you love the sm57. Check out the A2WS pop filter/windscreen that Shure makes for it. Also, that windscreen works for the 545 which is another great mic

The 57 was the only mic I used when I was in a band 25yrs ago - it never left me down any every sound man in the clubs knew how to deal with it perfectly

Listening with a Bose 700 on my ears, and this 18$ my sounds really great !!!
It seems to have less range but has a nice deep sound. The SM57, I have it for my records on the go with the zoom H8, awesome combo. I didn’t know it looked so cool without the silver grid !
The last mic is clearly out of my league but I can hear the difference, clearly. The voice is richer, deep and clear at the same time, more vibrating. It’s very nice to hear.

I bought a sm57 at guitar center a few years ago just because it looked kinda cool and matched my specs I wanted, and I've put the thing through hell between moving houses and taking it out and putting it in storage. It's great!
