Map Suite 7.0 Beta Feature: EditInteractiveOverlay Enhancements

Based on user feedback, we have been focusing on improving the speed and memory usage of our TrackInteractiveOverlay and our EditInteractiveOverlay. To those ends we have made some great performance enhancements that are now available as of today's daily build of Map Suite WPF Desktop Edition. This is a short video demonstrating the speed and drawing difference.
