Learn use of range, fill and tabulate functions to create list. Also learn how to merge two lists into a single one.

I did not get tabulate function here. Indexing of tabulate starts from 0 to 9 (as elements are 10), but values in List a are from 1 to 10, not 0 to 10. So when we are writing {a => a*a}, it should start with 1 not 0, right? Please correct me if I am wrong. Iam confused here.
