This week's wednesday Quickie is a review of Hot Pork Rinds and BBQ Pork Rinds from Uncle Rays. Both equally good just not strong on the bbq and hot flavor but still mighty fine. Makes for a beautiful coating.

Booger, I'm sorry I'm late, my dear lady! I feel like you made this episode just for me. I cracked up again when you said "your dentist will thank me for this!" Which reminds me, I'm a year late in making my decennial (once per decade) dentist appointment. I'm in awe of how simple this recipe is! I woulda thunk you would need an egg wash of some kind, but no! The pork rinds stuck to the pork chops just fine. Of all the things I've used for breading, I've never tried pork rinds. Looks like it's time to expand my repertoire. 😊 This is so reminiscent of the cornflakes crusted baked pork chops of my youth. I haven't found many "hot and spicy" flavored items to have enough flavor for crusting. Yes, more spices!! 😊
