What size is the case back do you know?

does the crown needs to be all the way out (just like when you set the time) or just to be unscrewed ? if it has a screw down crown, like my srp777?

Sir. To reinsert the stem do you have to press on the pressure plate like when you pull it out or do you just wiggle the stem in. Thanks in advance.
