Hello Helton's computer Repair: My computer is old but was working nice. For last few months when I turn to watch my old videos in YOU Tube it tells me that my computer cannot play the video. The browser does not recognize. But NOT all some it plays normally but some are not. Do you think that I have to change my computer? Or is there any other way to fix this problem. Would you please help me?

my issue is with the malware called yourwebing..i have tried everything to remove it...but what confuses me is this prob' only arises if my chrome icon is pinned to the taskbar..if i leave it unpinned no prob' ..but i am aware somewhere it is still in my system and would like the help to resolve this issue..much thanks
