In the original Matrix script, the machines use the 90% of the human brain's idle capacity as quantum processors, not as batteries. And in this original script, it makes perfect sense for a Smith to migrate from one brain to another, since ALL the machines already live in human brains and migrate between brains routinely.

I've always thought that the "real world" is just another level of the simulation. That explains Neo's powers working there, as well as Smith "escaping" to it.

They should make the next Matrix movie a prequel, perhaps chronicling the events that led up to the war and the creation of the Matrix itself.

When I first saw the second matrix movie and I saw Neo use his power in the “real” world I really hoped it meant that what the resistance considered the real world was in fact another construct, a failsafe of sorts to solve the equation of the one. If a percentage of humans reject the matrix, then they are put into this construct to give them that feeling of freedom and thus pacify them.

When I went to see the third film, that’s what I hoped would be the twist. That neo was able to use his power and agent Smith was able to hop bodies because this was still not the real world. Sadly, I didn’t get that.

I understand why it was deleted, In the first Matrix movie and in Revolutions, Crews of Nebuchadnezzar and Hammer wasn't affected by EMP.

Alright, please tell me that I’m not the only one who thinks this?
Smith is actually smart enough to have more than one clone in the real world….
I know it’s a hard to comprehend scenario but why do something drastically like take over the matrix with millions of clones but only ONE clone makes it to the real world?
I don’t buy that at all
