I'm in Oregon and just learning that this is a tax deed state. I've got a list of default properties. I've got the cash in hand. Do I just wait for the tax auction that probably only happens once a year?

Hi Ted, First of all, I love your videos!!!! You're awesome!!!!

I have a quick question regarding liens. Let's say in the state of Florida, you find a property that have 3 delinquent taxes in a row, and no one have bought them, probably because they're around 10k each, but the house is in a HOA and have another Lien againts the property from the HOA. Do those liens go away after the tax sale? Or they stay, and if you end up getting the property you're responsible for those liens as well? Thanks for any insight or experience you may had encounter encounter on those 30 years! 😊
