This training course on food allergy awareness has been written for people who work with food. Whether in food production, processing, packaging, distribution, food retail or catering. Anyone who has anything to do with providing food for others needs to know about allergens and the rules for allergen labelling.

It takes under 30 minutes to complete and covers the major allergens, what they are, what information is required on products that contain them and how this information should be presented.

It also looks at what can be done to protect foods from cross-contamination and there's a test at the end to check your understanding.
