This is 100% a rework that would have benefitted massively form an inclusion of a "Traditional Victor" Skin. His visual theming has changed dramatically enough to the point where its really justified.

They all feel... rushed. Like they just made them skinnier, they didn't adjust the silhouette to the themes at all, they look very weird

They should have just created an Arcane skin for Viktor instead of reworking the entire VGU. I personally prefer some of the old skin.

Dang, I was hoping they'd make a sick legendary or even ultimate skin based on Arcane for Viktor, not delete him from the game.

This is a strange change. Riot only changed Viktor so that people new to the game would encounter the arcane character... the kit is the same, is not really a rework for the sake of improvement its just killing the old Viktor for the sake of the arcane fans. None of the skins fit the skinny body btw

I love the old Viktor too much. And it's lore. I loved Arcane Viktor, but getting old Viktor replaced with Arcane Viktor... not a themed skin, just completely replaced... hurts me deeply.

Edit: Honestly not even the designer, just the person who green lit the idea to completely replace Victor for Arcane Victor...
