Your sim rig setup looks exactly like the one i built with my brother a few years back. Gave me tons of nostalgia seeing that rig. We used his old integra gsr seats he had laying around in the garage, and also an ep3 civic seat. good times.

I just bought two longer screws for the ones next to the shifter on the face plate. Wrap a hair tie around em and you're good to go. Doesn't even take much tension.

If I wanted a sequential I'd use the paddles, the shifter is so that I could go from 3rd to 5th 😢 and back to 1st

Replace two outmost bolts with long bolts and attach a couple rubber bands. Allows you to go from sequential to H pattern and back really easily.

i just replaced the two screws on either side of the shift with longer ones and used a heavy duty elastic band across it. when i wanna go back i just pop the band off the screws. works great.

When I got my kit the band snapped on first night i replaced it with a thick bobble/hair tie it’s been 3 years and it’s still ok 👍🏻

Might be a bit late, but if you cross the bands on opposite side of the lever, they will have much more stronger pull to the center.

The first Logitech shifter had a sequential button built in to the shifter and was just cool all around

I did that as well and it made a world of difference. Some good shops on there that sell accessories and such for sim setups.

Tbh this makes the shifter less functional the best method is an o-ring between the 2 center screws which you replace with slightly longer ones because you just have to unhook the o-ring and its fully functional again
