The cutting and engraving samples are crazy charred.

I'm sending this to my husband. I'd like to own one. Thanks for sharing again. I have watched your tutorials for getting experience.

Dude it's like X2 listened to the complaints from gloeforge owners and fixed what glow forges refuses to do. Now does X2 offer individual replacement parts for sale, when pieces start to fail and the owners want to fix it themselves??. GF tells its customers to send their old machine back, pay 1600 plus (after paying $7k for their first one) and get a refurbished one that's "like" new.

I came across your video and was excited to see my “Kitchen Conversions” design being tested! You gave such great information too! You have a new subscriber. :)

I was considering buying a larger more industrial style machine, but I might switch to this instead; if the treadmill extension is as good as I hope.

I'd like to know of any limitations with that; can it work in conjunction with the active z height adjustment? For example to engrave a skateboard, which is long but also curved?

Would the pass thru feature also cut? I want to cut acrylic up to 24” wide and 40” length

That is so freaking cool! There are so many things you could do with that.
I don't know why, but I really really wanna try planing a board flat with one of those. It would definitely not be economical & nowhere near the best way to plane a board, but I just want to see how difficult that would be. A laser-planer! 😬
About the bears... it's okay, bro. They're amazing creatures. Just let it happen. You can't keep a bear caged inside you. You gotta let it out often so that it can crush like a bear do. 😂
Thanks, Matt. Hope all is well, my friend. 👊🐻

Do you think the roller/extension you used for your long board would work for fabric? One issue with laser cutting fabric is that the air-assist blows the cut and semi-cut pieces in the laser’s path and ruins your cuts. You tightened the rollers on the board which made me think perhaps it would help with fabric if it goes down that much since fabric is so thin.

Hey 👋 hi from Scotland…in your next video could you possibly engrave a drinking glass. I would really be interested to see that. Thank you😊

Just received this laser and the directions say to add "purified" water. You mentioned you used "distilled" water. Purified to me means filtered which could still have metals which distilled has all of that removed. Kind of confused now which I should really use.

It is great to see what this machine can do, but as an absolute rookie, what’s missing from my point ofview is the first step on the ladder, that is, how to upload an image into the machine, that is, to tell it what to do. Sorry if that is a laughably simple question, but as I say, I’m a curious but enthusiastic rookie..🤷🏼‍♂️

Great video! I’m sold. What is the max width you can pass through the conveyor feeder?

Interesting to see Acacia cutting boards over there. They and Bamboo cutting boards are popular here in Oz. Great practice material for my 3018 router with 2.5W laser. This look like a serious improvement for CO2 lasers. Most of the momentum has been in Diode lasers, till now? This is an affordable production machine for small shops.

Just curious what the max thickness wood you've cut with the P2 and what kind of wood was that. I'm wondering if it could cut through 1/2" or 3/4" inch pine in a single pass or how many passes it might take. Thanks for the video.

Do you use laser safety glasses when the machine is elevated? Are they included in the box?

for the max conveyor use do you have to buy more tracks? Also will track be needed to come out the back side of the P2 as well?

I m wondering what to pick between the s1 an the p2 for a quilt store that my girls own. I see that the diode lasers wont cut clear acrylic so that is an issue for rulers and templates.
For fabric im thinking the s1 would be fine. Do you have any experience along these lines. Thanks.
