Moist and Flavorful Box Cornbread (Hack)

400F for 25-30 Minutes

2 Boxes of Cornbread mix (Recommend Jiffy)
2 Large Eggs (or as directed on the box)
2/3 cup Buttermilk (Replaces water/milk from the box instructions)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/3 cup crème fraîche (or sour cream as a substitute)
2 tsp Soft Salted butter (plus more for topping)
Honey (for topping)
