Wishbone Ash was one of the best bands that ever lived on the face of the earth. By the way, a common thing in Great Britain, where you have the best of rock for decades! What is to kill in Wishbone Ash, besides a total commitment to the proposal of a simple, clean and wonderful rock, is to do everything with this quality only with the basic instruments, drums, bass, guitars base and solo and nothing else . And the vocalization ... is awesome! I discovered this band by chance in 1974 and since then my life has changed! Worthy of a Pink Floyd, Led, Deep Purple and stuff like that. Even with the Beatles ... I am a passionate about this classic band and the Argus album is undoubtedly one of the best ever performed by these geniuses, as good as the Sargent Peppper's ...

Such an underrated band! Never really thought they ever had a truly exceptional lead singer: but first saw them @ Slough C.O.Technology 1970 ish: so big then Genesis were backing! Impeccable memories WOW! PS Those Germans still love them more than us Brits.😢

BTW: The title of the album which Persephone was included is: There’s the rub…not Persephone, as is listed in the information. There’s the rub, along with two others: New England and Front page news were all three produced by two of the greatest rock ‘n’ roll music producers in the business: Ronnie and Howard Albert and therefore the reason these three LP's are the best of everything Wishbone Ash ever produced. My 2 cents;)
