The nostalgia is excruciating. I played the live WA tape I dubbed from my friend nonstop as a UniJos medical student in the 80s. It was my favorite leisure. Then I lost it as a young doctor. I love the way the rhythm guitar plays a triplet at the end of each bar, echoing the rhythm of the name Persephone. This is something a musician hears and just does naturally, probably without thinking about it.

it will probably be a 100 years before 'persephone' is really fully appreciated.
just like young people today discover classical music, so they too will discover the majesty of this truly under rated song and band.
it would be interesting to hear a full orchestra and choir attempt to equal the magnificence of this fantastic piece of work.
