2 Hz Binaural Beat for 1 Hour ( Deep Sleep Delta Wave )

Headphones or subwoofer required.

This sound was created using a combination of a 57 Hz sine wave and a 55 Hz sine wave split across the left and right channels. The resulting binaural beat from combining these two frequencies creates a 2 Hz throb experienced by the listener.

If you play it low enough where you are able to ignore it, and possibly underneath some other music you like, it may be able to help you concentrate deeply or even fall asleep.

" The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain. "

This is the kind of sound I've been hearing in my right ear for quite a long time. A deep vibrating noise. It's exhausting to hear it all the time. Hope this video will help me somewhat mask the noise. Thank you
