if anyone isn't getting their Rank displayed before their name try typing /lp user <Username> parent set <group> hopefully this helps

I host my server on Minehut and my friends play on it when I need to keep the server up to date, and boy am I lucky to come across this video because I was starting to wonder how to do ranks well, thank you for this video and I figured out how to do the permissions of commands so thank you for this video.

such as when a player buys a rank they will
automatically receive it, even if the operators
are offline.

LuckPerms updated, if you are having trouble getting the rank do this command:
/lp user <username> switchprimarygroup <group>
If you want to change the default settings, the group is called "default" and you can do the same settings.
Hopefully this helps you guys.

If it doesn't work, try uninstalling some plugins that may be preventing it. I had the permissionsx plugin and it wasnt working and when i uninstalled it, it worked

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but i was able to do everything in the video but when i came back all the ranks were gone and i can no longer do the command /lp if anyone else has this problem please help me

if you want to use this plugin but don't understand the commands that well, also use luckperms GUI on minehut it makes everything easier

This is gonna help me since I wanna be able to give the players on my server access to only the kick and ban commands as hacker protection, without also allowing them to cheat by giving themselves items or going into creative or anything like that.
