It’s gonna feel much more different watching the conjuring movies without my 2nd oldest brother. I remember the first time I watched this in theaters I screamed when Bill Wilkins said, “My house!” I practically held on tight to my brother afraid that was gonna happen to me and he just said, “Hey it’s not real, nothings gonna happen you and even if it was they would have to go through me to get to you.”

Horror films that deal with Poltergeist activity have the best jump scares! The beds shaking up and down, along with the dresser moving still jolt me now, as it did when the film came out! This film is highly under appreciated and shouldn’t be getting the hate it gets!

The reason why the conjuring 1 and 2 was scary was because it created a very eerie and terrifying atmosphere let alone the jump scares.this is enough to create tension in the minds of the viewers combined with the historical period element of the 70s.
