My luminar neo keeps disconnecting from the internet. It happe s once every 5 minutes. I'm using a 2021 macbook pro. With 500 gb of storage so no issue with space. Idk what's going on. Has anyone had this happen before?

Does anyone else suffer from RAM usage going as high as 12gb on just one photo? RAW image i mean. If there a trick to this or just that Luminar Neo is ram hungry. I am on 1.1.1

I'm alittle confused with this HDR Merge. Is it a free update with Luminar Neo or do you have to purchase it separately? I also have Aurora HDR, and I thought I read somewhere that if you own this, then Merge HDR is free, but can't find where I got this information from.
Currently I'm getting lots of emails from Skylum to preorder now for free content and discounts, but not sure if it's going to be free for me?
