This is awesome! I was wondering if Mr Helmer was still with us. Please ask what happened to his bicycle, his universal gym, his hand weights and shot loaded waist belt that he used for power walking. I can't wait!!!

Ask George, if he can put out SOME LIVE FOOTAGE OF STEVE REEVES WORKING OUT. And if George plans on coming out with another book.

Awesome. This will be a memorable one for the books .

Geez, so many Qs and wonders to ask about the man.
Training /diet wise, the general Q's as what his overall diet was like when prepping for contest I.e what specific foods /supps he relied on?
What he had more/less of?

Training frequency ; how often /long ?

How did he manage a training program/stay in shape when traveling for film shoots?

What was his relationship like with Reg Park ? Was he bitter or even cautious at the new coming star hailing from the UK? Any animosity or just good sportsmanship from the start ?

Literally, so much more to cover 😁💪

I'd like to know about his diet during his training for shows and also everyday maintenance. Macro break down specifically.

Me too would like to know if he completely took out back squats from his routine? And also if he stretched between sets?
Regarding his tiny waist, what were his favorite exercises for waist reduction?
Looking forward for the interview!

Would like to know more about his methods when he was putting on mass in the earlier years. Not so much maintanance, or going into a show. I think I've read he was a big influence on Vince Gironde as far as 10x10 or even 10x12. not sure if that's true. thanks!

Ask him about Reeve’s back development and favorite exercises for this. How did his shoulder injury impact the way he trained back and shoulders?

My Question: Did he really only do full body 3x a week for his entire training career?

Ask him more about his daily diet. Did he drink something during workout or just water?

I would like to know if Knox gelatin was used as one of Steve’s main sources of protein when he was still in high school and training at Ed Yarick’s Gym when he gained 30 pounds in just 4 months

What we would like to know from every bodybuilder that you interview is their training routine and technics plus diet explained such how many meals and the protein fat and carb ratio. No more no less and maybe some tips to boost muscle gain with natural supplements.

Hi you can ask George if the plan to reprint one-of-a-kind and maybe publish the unpublished biography that was spoken about in the last blog if any of those projects has a green light that will be great to know thank you

ask how did steve's weight training change as he aged into his 50's-60's? i know he did more power walking when he got older but i haven't heard about his weight training when he got older. did he train less than 3 times a week to fully recover? still full body? split? train to failure? less sets, reps, and weight? machines only or still free weights or combined?

How did Steve Reeves come to his formula for ratios?

He had a general formula and a super proportional formula.

It was not based on himself since he did not hit his own formulas (waist to shoulder ratio).

Also, did he train neck and how?

Also, where are the remaining 12 Labors of Hercules paintings he posed for?

Can think of even more if you want...
