Budget 2017: Water price changes

The Government must abolish the Water Conservation Tax because it is ridiculous. They used this target format of 40cuM to tax consumer of 45% and 30% respectively. FYI 2 or 3 person in a flat use less tha 40cuM of water while 4 or more person will use more than 40cuM of water, An average a person used about 10 to 12cuM of water monthly and so this target format should not cannot apply, A profesor comment that the Government should charge base on usage and not the target format. I have been cheated all this while and I hope the Government must do something to refund the consumer.
