Cravings are responsible for most diet failures. This video will help you end your cravings and get the diet results that you are working hard to achieve. You can stop sugar cravings with this simple approach, once and for all.

A meat based diet is the healthiest option for the human body according to Dr. Baker, Dr. Berry, Dr. Ede, and may others. Keto and carnivore diets are both examples of healthy meat based diets. Low carb diets can work but overtime can lead to issues. If you are eating low carb, please monitor your health.

I am not into cakes, pies, etc, but the CREAMER....Ohhhh I am letting go tomorrow - 7/1/2024. Thank you Coach!!!!

I think the Best way to stop Sugar cravings is to Water Fast for 3 or 4 day in a row, I Know I was addicted to Sugar, Starches, Caffeine.
Now I can control it and I'm not dependent, I don't have to snack every 2 hours 😂

You are a good coach. Thanks for the pep talk on the dangers of withdrawal; motivational for when I feel weak!

I approached it a bit differently & identified all the Keto foods that I liked. Initially I did a lot of bacon and eggs which kept me satiated until the afternoon, then some sort of meat heavy dinner & veg. I had heard of the Keto flu (withdrawals) so bought some electrolyte drinks to counter that. Everyone's path is different & getting off the carbs can be hard, but for me...when my A1C hit 10.1, I knew I'd made the right decision. Too bad I hadn't stuck with Atkins 20 years before.

What a fantastic video. Thank you for sharing in layman terms what excess sugar does to our bodies. When you gave the chlorine apology everything fell into place.

Thanks for this video! The withdrawal I felt from all the phases of Intermittent Fasting, Keto, then Carnivore I went through came with literally having to go to bed early every night for weeks at a time during each phase so I wouldn’t be tempted by the food in our house. Not everyone in our household is doing what I was trying so hard to do. Although drinking electrolytes helped with the sick feeling (Keto flu), it was still hard for me stay away from sugar. This video is a reminder to me to stick with what I am doing, (over a year Carnivore) as I am now clearly aware that I was dependent on carbs and sugar and cannot moderate them in my diet.

Been on my absence of sugar and keto for almost 3 years and I'm still craving sugar. I don't get it, I do good staying away from sweets, sodas etc but I crave and crave that sweetness. Maybe it will go away this year. I have found out that if I ever give in and eat a cookie it actually makes it worse later on.

i have never looked up what my ideal weight range was. It was a shock when I did because I felt I had made a reasonable weight goal in my head only to realize I thought I needed to lose 50 lbs
when actually, I was 100lbs overweight. I really like your presentation and will be watching your other videos. I am blessed with good health and low joint pain what you have said in this video
really resonates. thank you.

Thank you Violet, this is the video for me💡I already know this but NOW I understand this. I guess it is hard for people to make sense of how sugar is poisonous to the human body but then we need it!!….sugar is poisonous in our bloodstream and when we eat sugar/carbs it goes straight into the bloodstream so the pancreas has to release insulin urgently to bring our blood sugar back to acceptable limits….this is how it is poisonous to us. When our stores are full we then store it in places we shouldn’t causing the many medical problems you describe including excreting some in our urine (I hope I’m understanding this correctly). I successfully followed a keto lifestyle many years ago but the problem was I still attached happiness to those high sugar/carb foods and allowed them back into my diet and I have now gained back all the weight and then some and even have Hashimoto’s. I know I can do it again so Thank you Violet this is the 💡moment I needed.
