15) We can also have I z current as zero, meaning R load is so much that the current thru zener diode is almost neglible, this gives us maximum Resistance and lowest resistance codition is when Iz Max is used thru zener diode

Q3 in RB minority charge carriers dominate RB current and increase it
Q13 npn majority electrons, higher mobility and hence permit more current than pnp
Q15 good questions, take range of Iz from 0 to 10.
