The fashion film “SOLARIS” is an experimental approach on our protagonist Solange’s relation to the sun & artificial light. Within the film, we fully disconnect ourselves from the established fact that the earth orbits the sun and claim the opposite; The sun is orbiting around our protagonist for her and only her delight. Solange’s confidence so high, almost to a degree where she seems to be a little naive but in a manner worth imitating. The film is split in day- and nighttime, emphasising the impact of sun- and artificial light on our protagonist Solange. Her gentle, whispering voice explains her personal view on the solar system.
