I do have a question for you, I noticed that you did complete college as you stated. And you landing your recruiter career by a leap of faith, even though it seems that your degree was in finance. Do you believe that it is possible for someone who has no college degree to still obtain such a position? And if so what are at least 3 qualities/skill sets that that person would need to have or have had in their work experience? I'm in a situation where I did a boot camp style training and got a certificate in Tech Sales. I was super excited to be making a career change toward the tech industry, having prior B2B and retail sales experience. I got hired for a start-up company as an SDR and started off horribly. Well, since the company was fast-growing and had a stringent performance policy, I was eventually let go and am now revisiting what I want to do in tech. I have experience as a manager and hiring manager, but not so much in recruiting. Do you think tech recruiting would be a good fit to try and accumulate my skills, while working in tech?
