OpenCv implementation of Image Padding using copyMakeBorder method

This video explain the image zero/Pixel replication padding technique using copyMakeBorder method in OpenCV Python. As in spatial domain filtering to involve boundary pixels in the filtering action we need to pad zeros or replicate pixels at the board of the image. And how many number of zeros we need to pad depending upon Kernel Size. Here implements zero padding and pixel replication technique in OpenCV Python.
