Image Zero Padding For Image Spatial Domain Filtering

This video explain the image zero padding technique. As in spatial domain filtering to involve boundary pixels in the filtering action we need to pad zeros at the board of the image. And how many number of zeros we need to pad depending upon Kernel Size. Here we explain logic behind this so that we can implement it's code in OpenCV Python.
