Hello, I would like to ask whether at the contact moment the center of our chest faces the ball or the target. Thanks in advance.

Does the Rafa method address the role of wrist? Many traditional coaches say the wrist should be locked before, at, slightly after contact. It looks like your wrist is not in the laid back/extended position Rafa is in his FH. Look forward to your feedback.

To us help visualize, you should show your tips in action with someone doing it, not just talk about it.

Please don't do that: To teach us Rafa's forehand and especially his follow-through...
