It is better to aim the ball with other hand and to catch the racket with other hand when u strike

I have a hard time getting TOPSPIN on my forehand shots. I know you are suppose to go low-to-high and brush up on the ball, but I can’t seem to manage it. So frustrating. May we see some of your nifty tips for topspin? Don’t leave anything out! 🙏
