This video is the 18th in my series where I will be building up my strength in the overhead press with the goal of hitting a 100kg OHP.
In this video I hit 80kg on the OHP for 5 reps followed by more sets for less reps/lighter weight.

For my next episode I will attempt a 90kg OHP for 1 rep
