Strong! I find this lift the hardest to progress on by far but every gain is so noticeable in the shoulders. Dread to think how I will be when gyms finally reopen, maintaining by doing handstand push ups but it's just not the same 😂

Great form. I have a squat rack I got made from a fabricator. Usually i clean 80 kg from the floor press and put it back down in a controlled manner. 5 reps for 3 sets. I live in an apartment so I try to be mind full.

I used the squat rack to slowly build myself upto 90kg ohp. Keep it up.

I'm so glad I made my home gym over the yrs because when COVID hit it was trully a lifesaver

I feel you would be able to do much more if you had your elbows a bit more infront of your wrists. Strong overhead press overall.
