Purple is awesome and maybe make you less noticeable, but bright green with some metallic flake would be hot!

You really have to see that color in person, in the shade and in the sun light.. I went to 2 differint dealerships that had a regular c8 in that color, one outside and one in the showroom. It didnt do it for me. Was on the fence and after seeing be going with Riptide Blue on my Z

I totally agree! Chevrolet should offer some brighter, more pearlescent colors. Crystal Red Metallic and Night Race Blue were really nice colors from the C6 gen, but they should definitely offer brighter colors like Lamborghini and Dodge did/do.

I’m liking the purple! Having had 2 essentially white C8’s and currently still have my Kona blueGT 500, a color unique, I’m ready for COLOR! I hope Austin gets a purple ZR1. Definitely on black tips. Got to get split window!

I saw the new hysteria purple ZR1 on Labor Day weekend at the Miami auto show. I’ve been waiting for a purple for years. I have a rapid blue C 8Z06 but I have to tell you I don’t love the new purple because it’s too dark and looks too blue I was disappointed, as I was also disappointed when they came out with the amplify orange. There was no metal flake in it, and it was kind of dull. If you asked me even the Sebring orange looked nicer than the amplified orange. They have been getting everything right with these cars, but they don’t seem to get the colors, right I’ve seen Lamborghini SUVs with a beautiful bright orange with metal flake in it.

Really like the color. All the black trim is nice, but if the color stays as is I would add pop by including as many "silver" pieces as possible; wheels, exhaust tops, emblems, etc. to help show off the lines of the body.

Thanks for the great video! I still really wish GM would have made the ZR1 look more aggressive and more unique. The Z06 w/ the Z07 package actually looks more aggressive and better IMO than this specific spec'd ZR1.

Might I request you get the hysteria purple in coupe form with ZTK package 1ZR is fine but with GT3 racing seats red seat belts to match the taillights or blue if they have them. Blue ZR1 Wheels would be different and a lighter but good contrast to the blueish purple color. Brake calipers either red matching tail lights or blue if they have them if not black or silver is good too I know This will be my build
