2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra | Retro Review

The "Terminator" was the perfect farewell to this well seasoned platform. Are you a fan of IRS Mustangs?

It’s a 2003 and it’s still my dream car.

This was the hellcat before the hellcat. First pony car to have a supercharger from the factory.

This Mustang will go in the history books hands down. The Car and Driver TV show (you can find it on youtube) got 0-60 in 4.5 seconds, and a 12.9 second QT mile time. That is freaking fast for 2003. It beat a regular corvette! John Coletti and the svt team did a fantastic job.

I’m a GM boy, but the cobras are something else, especially the 2000 SVT Cobra R, absolute monster.

This car still fetches close to new price for realy low mileage used ones. A true legend.

Pretty cool, they put the DOHC heads on it, supercharger AND crammed an IRS into that machine, clean looks, what a machine!

The amazing thing about these cars was that they were underrated from the factory. With just a pulley upgrade, the Terminator Cobra made 460 whp. That is ridiculous for the early 2000s

As a corvette lover this should be a great collector mustang for most fords lovers. Extremely fast and attractive especially with 10 plus on the rear...

I sold mine a few years ago with 52k on it. Sure loved that car. So many cool things about it. Not to mention it had one of the most powerful and good looking engines ever made. And I gotta say they've aged extremely well

My dad had a super rare True Blue 2001 Cobra. I was only a year old when he got it. It didn’t stop him from putting a baby seat in the back.

If this car came out today, it will still look good. Damn Ford hit it out the park with this design.

A simple air intake supercharger pulley and tune had these run in 12.5s all day at my local drag strip

I remember this was my dream car back in 2008. It was 4-5 years old at the time. 10 years later.... it still aged so well.
