I really want to stress that fixing your manoeuvres on your test is absolutely fine. Your manoeuvres don’t have to be perfect, the observations do but the manoeuvres can be fixed…..

As a driving instructor I try and carefully explain this as students often worry about their manoeuvres the most - guys, don’t… your manoeuvres can be fixed - the accuracy is the last thing the examiner is looking for - just get to an ok position in the end.

You have 3 fixes on all manoeuvres. Use them if you need them. Just make sure your observations are incredible!!! You can’t fix missed observations and the manoeuvre must be SAFE!

So if a Manoeuvre goes wrong on your test - don’t worry. Just check everywhere and have another go!

I hope this makes total sense as out of the whole test the manoeuvres are the part of the test that can be healed and fixed the most. The driving needs to be VERY good and the manoeuvres need to be ok in the end….

Go wide, aim for the outside of the space as yoe enter when you get 3/4 the way in should be in the center straighten up. Then you should be good
