Question: what subwoofer is this? It seems to sound fairly good here, (not too one-notey, but maybe a bit muddy) and I would just like to know. Guessing it’s a psw-10, but could be wrong.
The T15 are a solidly constructed speaker that isn’t super ugly, and they seem to perform well in loud environments: the demo at Best Buy stores back in the day really showed this strong point. However, they do tend to have very distinctive gap between the high treble and high midrange. It’s not actually too apparent with this specific track, but it’s there. I miss the old Pioneer speakers they used to compete with, because those lacked this coloration to the sound, though they seemed just a bit softer in comparison on the same power level. Also, good move to use a subwoofer, because these are not super bass heavy.
