Thanks for the positive feedback Claire :) We usually buy our tips from Spotlight or just from a cafe supply store in our town. But I'm sure you can find them on ebay too - we mostly use the Wilton brand

my icing bag always gets very messy so that little trick of putting it in the cup was very helpful!! also where did you get the nossle?? :)

Are you in Australia? If so - we usually get ours from Spotlight. Otherwise the brand is Wilton so you can probably buy them online

We used Gel colour (which I guess is like a paste). It was the Wilton Branch in Peach

You can buy them online, or a craft store. I work at Michael's crafts, we have a whole aisle of wilton.

hi both, can i use the same rose style in a large cake? will the consistency remain the same for other cakes too? i never get the consistency right for a rose frosting because the butter generally melts very quickly.
