Body of missing Lawrence woman found in Haverhill

Police said the body of Carol Flaz-Burgos, of Lawrence was found in Haverhill on Tuesday night.

This woman is a close family friend of my family members. My aunt talked to her a few days before she went missing. She helped a cousin of my mom and aunt come to the us by marrying him. I never met her but she seems like a great person. My aunt had talked to her a few days before she went missing celebrated her birthday finding out this news about her friend. The world is cruel. My family is Christian but I don't follow the religion but I will be praying for the family because I know they need it.
