how to mount a iso as a virtual disk (Daemon Tools Lite)

ignore the files on the left changing around thats fraps recording not anything to do with the iso being used

HOW TO USE

to add a virtual device.
right click the bottom box and click add SCSI virtual device.
Daemon will automatically configure your virtual drive.
you will need this to play your iso image file.
click the iso that you want to run as a virtual disk.
it will go into the item catalog
click on the iso in the image catalog
then click the green arrow (mount image)
it will pop up a window similar to windows auto play does when you insert a cd
run the installer of the disk or open the folder to view files.

ya im using a game iso for this for instructional purposes to show that it will load as a cd had it been a install disk it would have also loaded the install or run disk option. however as this is a packed iso it simply gives me the option to open folder and view files. hope this helps anyone out there having problems with this. enjoy.

yeah this video is quite a bit old, made it in about 5 minutes as well lol. I mostly intended this for a friend. I am very glad to see that it has helped others though, glad to hear you got it all sorted :D

have you extracted the ISO file from the Rar file before trying to mount it? o.o
