I like that you always have an open mind to various methods of cooking or even not cooking various seafood. Too many people try only the most orthodox of items, missing delicacies from other countries and cultures.

Those are so yummy raw! I found them live at a seafood market in LA. I ate the tails raw and cooked the heads in garlic butter 😍 still the best shrimp I’ve ever had

Prawns are my go to when prices on lobster and crab get off the charts, since shrimp can get boring very quickly for me. Definitely yes, please do more sauce and recipe ideas with them!! 😃

I don’t know much about seafood, but do these have the vein in the tail like shrimp do?

Back home we don’t cook these, rather we eat them like sashimi. So when I decided, as a teen, to cook them and make shrimp pasta, my grandmother nearly fainted. 😅

Did you order these online or bought from store or local fish monger? Seems like they would taste similar to Argentine pink jumbo shrimp that also taste similar to lobster😊
