As someone with long time lower back pain/burning aching/nawwing aches. This is So so good. So much releif, much better than all the Ergonomic ones I tried. the Lumbar is perfect, I like the seat tilt just a lottle bit back and locked. I was hessitant because I thiught it might be just more or less the same as my old gaming chair. and thankfully it's not it's way more comfy keeps my back streaght and supported at the desk and is great for lay back watching films . I'm thrilled!

FWIW, I purchased a 2022XL in cloth, love it so far. The construction, packaging, and presentation is top shelf for sure. The seat cushion is firmer than I want but is still super comfy, especially for long sessions. The adjustability is clutch in finding just the right setup. Would differently purchase again.

How is it under the seat. On the old one has there a metal plate, where you actually sit on it. I can feel it when sitting longer on my titan XL...

I agree. I got the fabric 2022 version and the material is lovely. The one big issue is noise. the backrest creaks like a mofo... but secretlab support is great and they already offered me a replacement part. I don't have it yet but aside from noise it's an excellent chair

I previously owned a Secret Lab Gaming chair for about 2 years and I would use it quite often. At first I noticed it was extremely firm which I wasn't a fan of. I later found out that from the company that the chair would have a break in period and that it would take some time to get the chair adjusted to my body. It never did in my opinion because even after two years of use, I could only sit in the chair for maybe two hours. After that I would start to have severe back pain. I do have a bad back but that Secret Lab chair would always cause me discomfort after use. I recently sold my chair and I am in the market for a Steelcase Leap V2. I hope that it will reduce the back pain that I experienced in the Secret Lab.

Awesome video. I was torn between the 2022 vs the 2020, only because the 2020 has a bigger discount right now. Pretty sure I’m going with this over the Razer Iskur. Keep up the great work!

I just changed from the Titan XL 2020 to the Titan XL Evo. My main gripes are that the chair isnt as wide as the 2020 model is, its almost too small, the head pillow is a lot smaller, (magnets are nice though) It seems to use the same multi tils mechanism as the 2020 did and I replaced that thing 3 times in the 2 years I owned it. I do like how the back kind of hugs you though. Also the seat is a LOT hard than the 2020 model, so a seat pad is crucial.

I'm having discomfort/pain due to raised side lips on the seatbase. Feels like it cuts off blood circulation. My thighs are resting on top of the raised sides since I have thick thigh. You seem to spread your leg quite wide just like me, but don't seem to have any issue with thigh discomfort. Not sure why I am having this issue while others don't. Do you have any tips for using the chair comfortably while spreading your legs wide?

I’m on day 5 having this chair and I’m still struggling to get proper comfort. Have abit of lower back pain too. What lumbar position have you set? Low down and without anything pushed out seems to be best

My nephew got this chair for Christmas. I was actually jealous of a 15 year old kid. Not a good look. It's so comfy and it looks great in his games room.

An hour to put it together is generous, it took me 20-30 minutes maybe. Really super easy, only 8 screws or so the rest just clicks together. The box is SUPER nice, you get a comically huge instruction sheet and everything is fitted into the foam and put in nice boxes, even the tools you get to put it together are nice. I kept mine, you get a nice long philips head bit and one of those stubby handles that taked bits.

Overall I was quite impressed. I have yet to see how long it lasts, but it feels great, looks great, works great, I definitely think the price for these is very fair. You get lesser chairs for more money out there, for sure.

Question, when playing the guitar, with the armrests off... do you sit all the way back? Into the backrest?
OR...
Is playing the (bass) guitar in the XL version (i guess, with the most width) also possible with the armrests all the way down and/ or to the side ?

Not excited that these are $500+ these days. Picked up an Omega for like $350 back in 2017ish... Was still using it happily up until November when I moved and I had to downsize.

That said... I swear by that chair. It's just lovely, and I'm happy to see the price hike comes with huge design changes.
