Hi lee, I am a hurricane survivor from the monster cat 4 hurricane "Andrew" way back in 1992, and also from the brutal cat 3 hurrricane "WIlma" both hitting the MIami area where I used to live. I unfortunately just dont see how this monster cat 5 hurricane "Milton" will decrease much in intensity before making landfall somewhere in central Florida, . I really advice the people living in the mandatory evacuation zones to get out from those areas, and the sooner the better, since you wont have the chance to do it while the storm hits those areas. My prayers are with all of those living in the areas to be affected by the storm, rgs

I was in Gulfport Mississippi when Katrina struck in 2005

I remember sitting and watching Jim Cantore and suddenly realizing he was standing with a casino that I knew very well, in the background.

For those of you that don't know, Jim only ever goes to where the worst is going to happen, and if she was in my hometown I knew what was going to be bad

I'm nowhere near this storm, but I watch it, and I have flashbacks to 05 but I related this is going to be in some ways much, MUCH worse
