PROJECT UPDATE VIDEO: Watch as we fullfill a milestone in one of our life science HVAC projects - the installation of prefabricated, twinned Modular HVAC Pipe Risers.

The modular pipe assemblies were lifted by tower crane and attached to a pair of "starter" pipes that were installed on the previous day. This process took about 4 hours from start-to-finish, and was repeated 4 more times to complete the HVAC riser installation phase.

How do you deal with the different pipe thermal expansions (chilled vs hot water)? The pipe look all welded together? Are the plates attaching each pipe together for the lift later removed? Otherwise you may buckle pipe depending on the height and temperatures of the commodity.
