In these short stories I've been learning far more about theory in a contextual sense than I ever knew, including how the tone and delivery of a song can change drastically if you understand the implications. You are by far one of the most knowledgeable guitar content creators out there, and the applications are pure evil. Mwahahaha 🤘

When considering all movements as one piece rather than as two tracks bookending the rest of the album, I gotta say, I think this is Pink Floyd's finest hour. Or at least Gilmour's, it's just so exceptionally beautiful

I had a day dream when i listened to this song with passion. It was like nothing. I was completely sober in my room listening to songs in the dark cus our neighborhoos electricity had a problem. I just put on my headphones and let it go through my songs. I had a weird sad and mysterious feeling. I went through 8 songs and the ninth was shine on you crazy diamond. The second it got on. My feelings got stronger. Around 2 minutes in the song i closed my eyes in the middle of my room on my feet. I was completely into the song. I started seeing stuff. Places with weird and nostalgic feelings. But my vision stopped in one place. I was on top of a skyscraper looking at the sunset. I looked down and i saw my hands. They weren't complete. They were like thin gray energy. It was so weird. I could see them without any problems. I looked back and surprisingly there was another sunset happening. It was weird and magical. I could feel a cold breeze hitting me. It felt so realistic. Then i got out of the vision cus i heard a loud bag in the next room. Then i re closed my eyes. But this time my vision was different. I saw my self from behind. Like i was looking at my self from a camera. I was looking at the wall. And on the wall there was a poster of shine on you crazy diamond with sound visualizations glowing and moving. There was a purple and green light to my sides. I stared at it for like 3 minutes into the song. Then i turned around and i went into the skyscraper vision again. This time with more power. I looked down at my hands and the lines were bigger. Much more brighter. And the cold breeze was more powerful. Then like after 3 minutes the song ended. I'd never say no if anyone offered me to take me back into that day dream.

The intro to "Sorrow" from Pink Floyd live in concert is inf**kincredible. If I'm not mistaken Gilmour dedicated it to Jimi Hendrix. Did a cover of it on my YouTube channel. This is one of my favorite songs as well. SHRED ON! 👊 👍 🎸
