A month or two ago i came across a ambush on the main road going west out of cherno. bait was obvious, a lit camp fire and a standing torch so i approached from the shadows casted by the ingame “welcome to cherno” sign to examine and come to that conclusion. I then doubled back and swept the trees in the forest up hill where i found two geared guys watching the bait. now i suck at pvp but i had a CLEAN line of sight and all the element of surprise an average skilled pvp fighter would have to make the 2v1 a functional .5v1. unfortunately, like i said i suck so I only kicked one guys ass by lodging a shotgun slug into his chest possibly twice out of the three shots i took (he survived so I doubt one of the shots). I then logged onto an alt that i had in churno, and snuck up on them, the EXACT same way, almost EXACTLY from the same place. they were just as oblivious the second time but i then discovered a third person I hadn’t noticed before. I may have sucked but it takes a special kind of stupid to have your ambush out maneuvered twice consecutively the same way
