Yes, I am a Cambodian and baptized in Seventh-Day Adventist in Thailand refugee camp. I am a pro-life by conscious. Later, I stopped going to church because the family situation but still supported pater Doug Batchelor and Southeast Asia Project. And yes because of you Pro-life Andrew that I returned my tithe to the local church near me.

Hey Brother, I am an Adventist. I am also pro-life. Just wanted to share an observation with you. I work as a Cath Lab Tech (my schooling is in Radiologic Technology, but I specialized in Cardiovascular) and radiation protection is a big part of my profession. One of the things which I have observed from pregnant, pro-choice oriented coworkers is that when they are around x-rays, they are vocal about not wanting to expose their “baby” to radiation. Rarely do I hear people refer to the “fetus” in their belly. I’m sure you too have heard pro-choice people talk about feeling their “baby” kick inside their belly. I think deep down, they realize that the “fetus” in them is actually a “baby, ” but somehow politics override their maternal instincts. Still, I do think this observation can be useful for helping expose the hypocrisy of Christians who do not prioritize the protecting of life in its most helpless and vulnerable state. Thanks for doing what you are doing. You are not alone.

As a side note, just in case you haven’t mentioned it in any of your videos, think of the implications of John the Baptist’s reaction when Mary greeted Elizabeth in Luke 1:39-44. Says more than enough.

Between the *pioneers* being *AGAINST* abortion in *1867* and the *church* becoming *PRO-abortion* in early *1970s* is roughly a *100* year span. *When* and *where* would you say was the shift in abortion attitudes within those *100 years* do you think? It *couldn’t* have been an overnight change so maybe it was sometime between Ellen White’s death in *1915* and 1973??

Perhaps *1957* when *Questions on Doctrine* was released?

It’s an interesting topic to explore and I hope we find the answer.

An experienced proponent of the pro-life position should be sent to every single ministers meeting in the NAD with the aim of educating the clergy on the issue. Most Pastors are ignorant of the pro life position, its arguments, and counterarguments against abortion. Besides this they prefer to take the appeasement approach to about every issue unless they can get social credit for taking a stand or if the stand would be popular with the surrounding secular world. I can't tell you how often I hear the same tired arguments from colleagues who've obviously not thought the subject through or been challenged on the issue by a serious person.
