As a German speaking lady, the Pennsylvanian German numbers sound pretty Dutch to me, and the other sentences and words like a wonderful mix of German dialects and Scandinavian languages. The fascinating linguistic differences aside, the Pennsylvania Dutch speaker prayed like he meant it! The Hochdeutsch speaker sounded machine like an utterly emotionless. Might as well have been talking about the weather. just an observation.

Well... It sounds like if some yank uncle menaged to learn german by a book. Got pretty fluent, without bodering to learn how to actually pronounce it
He's fluent. Still menage to scew the all phonetics up😂
