They've already done him a favor by delaying, exactly what Dozo wanted.

It's about time the Supreme Court pulled their heads out of their arse and bring down a NO IMMUNITY VERDICT

It boggles my mind that Thomas doesn't recuse from that case. It's so crooked.

That they even considered hearing this is an affront to democracy and should terrify this country.

The SC never should have taken this case.

I *ALWAYS* listen to and watch Mr. Littman. Measured, thorough, brief, no-nonsense reporting on relevant matters.

Spoiler alert: they’ve already made a horrible decision to take this on. Impeach Thomas. Alito, Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett.

Should the President be allowed to commit any crime, ever? Why would that ever be Ok? The President is tasked with executing and upholding the rule of law. Giving that person the right to defy the law—any law—would be “breaking” the law in its most literal sense.

No Supreme Court should ever be allowed to get away with giving a Criminal Former president Immunity. That would necessitate Impeachment and Prosecution of said Court!

Outstanding work in this episode Harry. Eloquence born of the fruits of your clerkship at SCOTUS and years of experience as a professional. My thanks for your analysis regarding the gravity the immunity question holds for our democracy.

Your supreme court's ' justices' wouldn't get within a bulls roar of one of Australia's lower level magistrates Courts, they wouldn't even be allowed to be a courts clark.
The paucity of jurisprudence arguments they have offered is an insult to anyone with a fully functioning frontal cortex🤷

Why did the SCOTUS take the case? The appeals court decision is air tight. There’s no grounds for appeal to the SCOTUS.
