Damn, you had me at the first analogy. Why is it so hard for people to start creating analogies instead of going technical first thing in the video? Excellent work sir 😁

This was incredibly useful information. I have been struggling to learn code and differences for about a year and after watching this video I have seen the light. One might say I have Ascended.

Just in case you didn't know, you can see dislikes on your analytics page. Channel owners can still see it, it's just not displayed publicly anymore

Well son of a gun he posted this video just a few days after I started wondering the difference. Thank you Keep On Coding!

I really appreciate your content since I'm transferring into a career in tech since you explain things in a way that makes sense without sacrificing completeness. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be a subscriber for the foreseeable future!

nice video, i just wanted to mention, that VB (6 and below) before it became a part of the .NET Library actually was a compiled language

I've been trying to understand this concept for a long time - thank you for making it so clear and understandable - awesome

That was a fantastic analogy and way to explain it!

with regards to calling a language compiled or interpreted, i think its understood what that meant. Its in the context of what needs to be done for the program to work.

It is not about the english definition of "interpret" where of course you can "interpret" C code line by line if you want to know its meaning and intention.

because then, if you want to do that to the word "interpret", then you have a problem with "compile". because python code is never compiled to make it work, unless you want to define "compile" until it matches your definition of "python code can be compiled"

Awesome breakdown! 🎉
For me the easiest way to learn the difference on a deep level was to... Write both interpreter and compiler for the same java-like language! 😁 It was fun I swear!!! 🤣
