You legend! I finally got into my bathroom. The wind closed the door while the button was pressed on the other side. Thanks for your help! I didn’t use a card but a flat plastic piece that my earrings came on from a department store. I found it a little more flexible than a card, and i had to feed it in from the bottom of the door and force it into place. I can now finally have a shower. Yay! Thanks a million! 😊

This works! A painter was painting my storage shed and I forgot to tell him not to lock the door when he left. We have never locked it and I don’t think it ever even had a key. It’s a concrete block building with a heavy metal door and only a block window. I watched a couple videos, but they looked too complicated (I’m a 75 year old granny!), and came upon this one. It just took a couple minutes!
